If you want a complete & easy to understand book to help you with your weight loss journey, then you need to read the "HCG Diet Made Simple" book. The book has great information in it & I highly recommend it.

I have read many, many books and articles on doing the hCG protocol. I highly recommend this one to people just learning about Dr. Simeons' protocol and people who have been doing it a while like me. Everything is laid out for you in easy, simple steps. It's all there....everything you need to know including studies on hCG, where to order, details about how it works, etc.
It is so well thought out and put together.
Buy it...it is WELL worth the money.
