good for elementary ESL class October 13, 2002

This book is good for a lesson on numbers. It is also easy to set to music.
Furthermore, the test involves plural nouns, which are especially difficult for Asian students.
Since the text is an adaptation of the poem "Five Little Monkeys," I would recommend also getting the picturebook adaptation of this poem by Eileen Christelow.
