My 7 year old son finds black and white math text books so dull. When I brought this home, he kept begging me "Mom read this. C'mon Mom let's do this!" He's homeschooled, and getting him to sit down for an extended math lesson takes coaxing, but not with this book! Putting mathematical problems into a real-life adventure scenario really held his interest. I will be getting all of these books.
