Don't bother trying to sue overnight delivery in the Seattle area October 24, 2009 MAST Student (Seattle, WA USA) 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
I ordered this textbook for a class that had already started, so I asked for overnight delivery. The bozo's that Amazon uses in the Seattle area said they couldn't find my condo. Since UPS and FedEx have never had any problem making deliveries, I can only conclude that they either didn't try to make the delivery or nobody has told them about mapquest. After one day of failing to make the delivery, they immediately sent the shipment back to Amazon. Needless to say, I am REALLY unhappy about the whole experience. The only good thing about it is that Amazon backed the charge out from my checking account, including the so called "delivery" charge.

Saved lots of money! October 1, 2009 Violet J. White 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
The book came quickly and was in excellent condition. I love the illustrations, and the text is easy to read. All vocabulary words are higlighted and defined as part of the text. The book also has a great online resource where the student can take practice quizzes and play learning games. I love it!
college textbook September 29, 2009 dtl (Bethlehem PA) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
My son needed this textbook for college. This book was in good condition and arrived in a few days. Much cheaper here than in the college book store!
Great value September 15, 2009 L. Omann (Saint Paul) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book came in the original wrapping with the CD included. I saved a lot of money purchasing the book here rather than at the school bookstore. Wish I had done this before - would've had some extra cash!
