Book format wasn't what I expected. April 6, 2009 Pamela Steinacher (Jerseyville, IL, USA) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
CMSA Core Curriculum for Case Management
The format of this book was not what I expected. The whole book is in an outline style and difficult reading in that format, for me. I suppose it will tell me what I want to know, but it will be a very boring read.
