Outstanding You: Discover, Design and Achieve Ultimate Fitness
As a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, I can speak from experience that ACSM's information is both solid and extremely detailed. Anyone looking to better understand the body or move into the fitness industry would be well advised to pick up a copy of this book. ACSM is the leader in sports medicine and this book is just another example of their high quality and impeccable standards.

Industry standards are set by ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and a few others. This book provides guidelines for Health/Fitness Assessments at a professional level. A good book to keep on the shelf for reference or to brush up your memories.
