Customer Reviews: Simple use August 22, 2009 Lasonta (Barbados) Loads of information, lots of pictures and illustrations, easy to understand. A good reference guide...would recommend it as a resource book in library or on wards.
Useless July 3, 2008 Amanda 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I returned this book shortly after getting it because I never used it. All the same exact labs and skills were in my textbook at the end of each chapter. So, it wasn't useful at all for me. It was practically like having my textbook twice.
Primo! January 19, 2008 Me all day 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This book explains many procedures that a nurse would perform in excruciating detail - it truly is a gem. This breaks it down into step by step processes that are easy to follow - some of the basics get redundant (wash your hands, put on gloves) but the book is excellent. The book has pictures and the publisher has online info with mini-movies to go along with some of the procedures. This is an excellent book for nursing students or anyone who needs to refresh..
