Required for School October 24, 2009 Takersgirl (Maryland) This book is very informational and easy to follow. Since it is chaptered in pastel colors it also makes it easy to remember where you were last reading. This was worth the price.
good management book October 17, 2009 love2read (houston,tx) This management book is clear and easy to understand. Very good choice for this a management class.
Not terrible overall, but the book cites Wikipedia! April 28, 2009 Red Fender 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I don't think any book on this topic can be too exciting and this one's certainly not, but it's well written, easy to read and there are plenty of charts and learning exercises to break up the monotony. However, it does cite Wikipedia as one of it's sources and this bothers me. Either the authors have no idea what Wikipedia is or they just don't care, but either way, it does not seem professional to cite this in a management textbook.

Well written and organized nicely October 1, 2007 JMMSN Books (Nothern VA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a book I am using for a Health Systems Management course. The case studies in each chapter are very real and allow for good reinforcement of the knowledge presented in the chapters. The book is organized well and allows good flow through the material.
