I paid for this item and I didn't received it. It is a very, very bad service. Paying for a book and not sending the item is a good way for you to do a lot of money. It just was a WASTE OF MONEY for me. Furthermore, I spent time to resolve the issue. Shopping on-line should be easy, safe and fast. IT IS NOT THE CASE WITH YOU.
My final review : please avoid this supplier !!! Do I have any idea of the quality of the book it-self ? NO. But the quality of a book purchased on Amazon.com should be also the full service : (book + delivery).

Okay...it's a dreary subject for many. Chances are if you are purchasing this book it is required for a degree so that is moot point. The book itself is well written, easy to read and has a tremendous amount of helpful references. Also, it is nice to have something in paperback format when all of your other texts are hardback.

I had purchased this textbook for one of my nursing classes when the department suddenly decided to change the professor who would be teaching this class which resulted in a change in the syllabus as well. I quickly contacted the seller to return the book which I had never even opened once, it is still in the original box the seller had used to ship the book to me. But received no reply whatsoever from the seller regarding the return policy although it had not even been 30 days since I made the purchase. Even after repeated attempts to contact the seller, I still have never seen even one email replying back to me.
I have to say I am very very disappointed. It wasn't like I knew that there was going to be a change in the textbook requirements for my class and I was just playing around purchasing textbooks for no reason. I expected the least courtesy from the seller at least saying that I couldn't return it or something like that. But nothing at all......
Very poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this seller!

This book arrived pretty beat up. It is a used book so I expected some use, but the book was warped like it had just been pulled out of the bottom of someone's book bag after being lost for months. The cover was ripped and many pages were folded over. It's still usable, just not that great of a deal for the condition it was in.
