Bates' Pocket Guide to Physical Examination and History Taking, North American Edition
Good as quick reference with adequate level of detail October 1, 2009 KNR My medical school clinical course wanted us to get the full version of Bates but I've found that this is more than sufficient for the course and it will be particularly handy when I start rotations next year.
review of booklet September 26, 2009 Natasha M. Christman (woodsfield, Oh USA) I actually ordered the wrong book. It would have been helpful in the item listing of the book to have the edition noted. I needed the latest edition which i think was ed 10-so i bought this book and then resold it right away and ordered the book i actually needed. better labeling would have been appreciated to make the ordering process go smoother. thanks
Great pocket guide September 18, 2009 M. Daignault This book is small in size, but has all the important assessment points from the textbook.
Good product August 5, 2009 Alison C. Vollmer It seems like a great product. I have not yet started my clinical rotations, so I mostly use my "big Bates". I hear this is very helpful on rotations, and I'm sure I will use it a lot next year.
