Customer Reviews: you decide October 15, 2009 K. S. Koch (Fayetteville, WV) Book was in great condition... looked brand new! At first I didn't realize there was anything wrong but after getting into the book I realized that it was defective. Three chapters were upside down. Nothing was missing but some were just turned the wrong way. I didn't have time to send the book back for another b/c I needed it for class. Overall the book is usable and in good condition but for the price it shouldn't have been defective.
