| Customer Reviews: Great textbook September 14, 2009 Terry Busch (Overland Park, KS United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this book for a college class. It covers well researched information about world-wide health care, and provides fascinating cultural perspectives. Specific health & disease entities are discussed, as well as early detection & prevention, environmental concerns, legal & ethical issues. Lots of good data & statistics. Well written with case studies and review questions at the end.

Only truly read two pages out of this book (first assignment). Questions in it were printed and had to be answered. Disappointed that I paid for the book and could have bored it from the library.
