Product Description
Drip! Drop! Plip! Plop! "Oh, no!" cried Pip Squeak. "I've got a leak!"
A nighttime rainstorm sends Pip Squeak scrambling to catch the drips pouring through his leaky roof. But the drops just won't stop, and soon it's wetter inside the house than out! Sarah Weeks's spirited story and Jane Manning's dazzling pictures will delight beginning readers as they follow Pip Squeak's comic adventure to the very last drop!

Great for toddlers! November 19, 2009 Rachel A. Dale (Bloomington, IN United States) My 15-month-old LOVES this book. If I say a line from it any time during the day, she fills in the blanks that I leave. I know it is intended for early readers, but is has great qualities for young toddlers as well. The rhythm is great, the phrases are catchy, and it's nice and repetitive. I would recommend it for a variety of ages.

Another hit with my son March 1, 2009 SRusty (Berkeley, CA) My son likes reading this book, and will bring his 'mouse' book to be read.

Why are there not more Pip Squeak books!!! I bought this story thinking it was just going to be a simple tool to help get my daughter geared up for reading but I was pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic story with one adorable little mouse we never get sick of drips or drops or plips or plops in this house!

This is one of favorite books to read to my children. It has wonderful rhyming & tempo with illustrations that are also quite pleasant. It's a delight to read out loud.
