I was disappointed to find that this book requires an additional purchase in order to access the on-line resources - it is not included in the price. I think Cengage Learning have let themselves down on this aspect.

The book came to me quickly and the condition was like how the seller described. I did not find any cd in the book though, so that was pretty disappointing (I don't remember wheter the seller mentioned if the cd was included or not in the description). The disc probably wouldn't have worked anyways. Overall, I was satisfied with the results.
Excellent Communciations Book February 24, 2009

This book is expertly researched and very well-written with material clearly organized for ease in learning. The chapters are a bit long, but worth the read for anyone taking a class or pursuing a degree in communications ;).
