Gluten Free Book October 2, 2009 Dena Leasure 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Since I have to eat gluten-free in order to feel well, this book is a great help. It is easy to understand and I would recommend this book to anyone with celiac disease or an intolerance for gluten.
Helpfulness of topic September 29, 2009 Patricia Holley (Virginia) The book was in fine shape. There was a lot of information to help people with a glutten problem. The only thing about the whole book is that I am a single person and the receipes make way to much and are high in calories. Still I am glad I ordered the book just for reference. Susie
Finally! August 22, 2009 D. McGaffin (Omaha) Wow is this a helpful book! We just discovered that my daughter has a problem with glutten. It has taken 18 years to figure out why she always felt bad. After 3 visits to the hospital, many Dr. visits, and many missed days of school, we finally got it figured it out. This book is so full of information and much needed knowledge on how to deal with this. It is a must read for those dealing with any kind of glutten intolerance. It is so nice to see energy and life in her eyes again!
Thank you to the seller! This arrived so quickly and is so appreciated because we were disperate.
This book honestly altered my life! August 13, 2009 Jamie L. Smith (Columbus, OH USA) This book not only helped me understand what it meant to be Gluten-Free, but it also helped me understand about my blood sugar. It takes you step by step to help you understand what you're getting into, as well as what you need to look out for. I would STRONGLY recommend this book to anyone who is looking to become Gluten-Free, or anyone who just wants to learn more about the way of life! FANTASTIC BOOK!
Good Basic Overview July 30, 2009 Kathryn M. Kruger (New Orleans, LA) This book provides a good basic overview for those individuals who recently discovered they need to be on a gluten free diet. It is very basic but is a good introduction (one that is not overwhelming) for the newly GF person.
