This book is a must for all college and university officials who need to understand FERPA and all of its applications and restrictions. With clear explanations and pertinent examples, all aspects of the federal regulations regarding this complex code are covered in one volume. The index and table of contents provide an excellent map of the book, especially when you may have a particular question. Deans, registrars, admissions officers and even faculty chairs should have a copy in their professional library.
