Works for me November 5, 2009 GeorgeK (Kentucky) I found this book to be most useful. It is rather simplistic, but that's what it is supposed to be. I do wish it included information on One Note which I use extensively and I'm sure well below it's potential because of a lack of printed support.
Office 2007 October 24, 2009 M. Wewer (Florissant, Missouri United States) Book was simple to understand and helped me tackle the ins and outs of the new Office 2007 suite.
Could be Dummies for Seniors !!! With love added !!! October 20, 2009 Bubbies Mom (Visalia, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Now that I'm over 55, I find myself in the position of "must have" a new career outside the home. When I first bought my laptop, I thought there was no way I could learn how to do all the things this computer can do...but when I found the series for "Dummies" on just about everything ! WOW that was the greatest day! This series of books are written in such a way, that they are easy to read, understand, follow as you read through and use the computer at the same time !!! I will be adding more of this series to my personal learning selection and if you're a senior, this is really the way to learn so much more than you ever expected to learn about the computer and may even lead to a greater active experience for working part or ful time, and greatly enhance your volunter qualifications, and oppertunities for the future, I'm so thankful these books are here for me !!! ON another note...we somehow ordered a duplicate, and even though we returned it, the seller stage coach books was kind enough to credit our account and would recommend this seller to anyone!!! Thank You !!!

Good Introduction To Office 2007 September 4, 2009 Michael Taylor (Indian Trail NC) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
"Microsoft Office 2007 For Dummies" is a good introduction for anyone wanting a basic knowledge of the Office 2007 Suites. The book is also appropriate for readers wanting to expand their Office 2007 knowledge.
The books around 50-70 pages on Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Access. The information is to the point and the text is easily readable.
Some folks may take issue with the rather bland black and white illustrations. However, that may be one reason why the book is reasonably priced compared to other similar titles.
A good reference. Read, enjoy, and learn!
Recommended.
