Customer Reviews: Lots of good info but tough to read January 6, 2009 Douglas Hackett I'm getting some good stuff from this book but there are a significant number of things that don't make sense or seem contradictory. I'm thinking that some of the author's intent has been lost in translation. I still feel it is valuable, but tough to read. I am a physical therapist. It may be harder to read for novice exercise enthusiasts
Running- Frans Bosch- is excellent! October 21, 2008 Noel A. Byfield (Montclair,NJ) This book goes into the finer details of Sprinting and Endurance running
the various components of great technique and the strength training that should be incorporated in training.
