Good Basic Book February 9, 2009 A. Saviri (NYC) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very good for medical student and beginning resident but not in depth enough for the written board. Will help familiarize you with which seems to be a foreign language because we do not cover alot of the topics in medical school

Can't review the book itself because I'm not a doctor but my daughter is, and I purchased this for her as a gift at her request, so I guess she likes it.
The delivery service was excellent!
Anesthesia Books June 9, 2008 J. Ferebee So far this book is written well and I can understand it based on my own knowledge base.
A Must Have February 12, 2008 Lambs (Milwaukee, WI) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am currently an intern. I want to read about anesthesia, but I don't have much time. This is a text that is basic and easy to read. The chapter set up is nice and logical. I may not make it through the entire book this year, but I'll have a good start so that I can start reading more in depth texts sooner next year as a CA-1. I think it's best to cover the basics before going too in depth into a topic therefore I would recommend this text to all those early in anesthesia training.
