If you are of this belief (i am), this is a good book. it has a quick reference and small enough to carry it in your purse when you are shopping for food. I carry mine everyday with me.
One of the best "Health" books I ever purchased March 31, 2009 Libress (Snellville, GA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I like this book because even though it's not an exact science, so to speak, it was worth purchasing because I had tried everything else for being healthy. This actually has some merit as my mother followed this book guidelines of food choices to a T and lost about 40 pounds so I decided to try it. I've lost 29 pounds in just over 2 months but have kind of plateaued. I was not exercising at the time because i wanted to see food changes first and wanted to know if eating healthier really affected ones weight, not just health in general. Granted, this may not work for skeptics because they are usually looking for a reason to fail instead of a reason to succeed.
Blood type foods check list March 10, 2009 G. Scott Washburn 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a handy book to have to review the types of foods and supplements for one's particular blood type. Nice size book, but printed on cheap paper with variable print darkness on some pages. For the price I feel the book should have better quality paper and print.
