This is a great textbook. One of the best i have used. It gives exercise problems after each topic and the questions are directly related to the topic it just explained. The explainations are great. Clear but with no extra rambling to make the textbook longer and to make the authors seem more scholarly. It really helped me, especially when i didnt quite understand the lecture from the professor. Overall a really great textbook.

I used the frea shipping promotion that as offered at the time and i still got the book in less than a week. It was brand new and almost 50 dollars less than my bookstore was selling it for. It was a great purchase.

great delivery great service great condition, however the cd that came with it is not compatible with mac OS X 10.5 Leopard... maybe not a big deal but it screws me over for this class.

Great Textbook (I need this book for a class). Some of the explanations could have been a bit nore straight-forward. Overall a great text book. It even assits the student with using Excel.
