Great little book! October 17, 2009 Gwen Holman (Salt Lake City, UT) This is a great smaller book for nursing diagnoses. It's clear, concise and fairly easy to find information in. However, it could be a little more user friendly in helping you to QUICKLY find the diagnosis you're looking for. As far as helping with Care Plans, it lacks "related to" information, but great to have as a second book if you already have a Care Plan book.
Excellent June 23, 2009 Beth H. Frits I received the book I ordered in a very timely manner. When I opened the package, the book was brand new. I am very pleased with my purchase.
very satisfied. June 23, 2009 S. Jitcu (serga79) Very satisfied. Order arrived quickly. Item was as described. Best price around at the time of purchase. I will recommend this seller for others and I will buy again.
Thank you.
Very helpful June 13, 2009 luvz2shop This is very helpful in the clinical setting when writing the treatment plan. Well organized.
Takes time... March 27, 2009 Dd Deurell Travers (NH USA) This guide is very good once you understand how it is laid out. I started out by looking for a condition in the index then I would go to Section I of the guide to find what fits my patient (anything in BOLD). Then I'd go to Section II which gives me everything I need to know to write a Nursing dx, Related to (related factors) and as evidence by (characteristics) and interventions I need to perform as a nurse (currently a student). It also provides patient teaching.
When I first picked up this guide, I was frustrated. Once I started to write care plans, it became so easy and very helpful. Good size too.
