Great book for nursing students June 12, 2009 Alice Tripp (Raleigh, NC United States) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this book for a summer school class and ended up actually enjoying it. It's full of up-to-date information about all sorts of nursing issues and is easy to read and well laid out.

Too vague. September 19, 2008 TeresaC (Coon Rapids, MN United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This book is entirely too vague. I would have liked a bit more factual information. There is a lot of fluff to sort through to get to the meat of the text!
Contemporary Nursing Book October 1, 2007 David J. Howe (Sacramento, CA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
The book was exactly as described and the shipping was quick (I took the slowest way and they still got it out fast).
What I wanted was a quick reference to all the body systems that could be in a "small" book. If you are in medicine you understand that... After a couple of semesters we all have one arm that is overdeveloped from carrying those massive text books...ha
It's a good resourse
