| Customer Reviews: Writing That Works October 10, 2007 D. Pena (Los Angeles, CA, USA) This book is a great reference for doing exactly what the title says," Communicating effectively on the job". We used it as our main text for a business writing class I took and I would never sell this book back after the fact. It's an easy read, clearly explained, and there are several examples as well as a corresponding website. It's the first thing I reach for when I need to write any business correspondence. Good buy.

This appeared to be a brand new, unused book, although it was sold as "almost like new". Great quality, and quick service.
Great reference March 10, 2006 Shamontiel L. Vaughn (Chicago) This book was a great reference for me when I wanted to write a business proposal, memorandums, and a rhetorical analysis. Great grammar tools in the back as well and easy to follow.
