excellent purchase October 3, 2009 C. Anderson (maryland) Received a little later than expected. I paid for express shipping and it wasn't really express. Other than that product was in great condition.
wrong book but quick to give me a refund September 28, 2009 John Rebry (Taylorsville, MS) I ordered the book but there was not sufficient info for me to determine if it was the correct book or not, I took a chance and it was the wrong book. They were very quick and efficient to give me a refund, with no problems at all. I would order from them again.
book in good shape but slow on shipping September 22, 2009 Sherry A. Brooks 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
the book was in better shape than what we expected but the shipping was slow --it took 10 days for the item to get to us and she needed it for school she did not have the book for the first week of school.
Received as promised!!! September 19, 2009 Theresa A. Judge 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Received the book on time and in the condition promised. I would have no problem ordering from them again.
It does the job! August 25, 2009 Alicia L. Perez (East Bay Area) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
The book is ok. Even thought it is very thorough with step by step instructions, sometimes the wording is more complicated than it should be. For instance, it tells you to "check the proposed solution in the original equation," which means to go check our answer. I know this is college level math and coming out of a text book I shouldn't really expect anything else. But come on! We're in 2009! They've had 5 editions to make it a little more soothing to us math rejects who are already intimidated by all the NUMBERS in the book, let alone the letters.
