This is the perfect handbook. It is clear, concise and practically complete. Of course, it cannot have everything, but it does fill the bill on most things on which you need a quick reference. It is highly recommended!

I was not happy with the book when I received it. It was not in the condition described in the posting. I did contact the seller and was refunded my money proptly, however. I was happy with the end result of this transaction. The book arrived quickly, as did my refund. Thank you.

Exactly what my wife needed for med-aide class. Took awhile to get but was worth the wait.
