A very good initial marketing text September 15, 2009 Joel Hochman (Bradenton, FL) A very good beginning text for marketing classes. Some of the concepts could have been explained a little better. The profiles of real businesses that are featured do help illustrate the concepts. It has easy to read print and the illustrations are great too.
Saved a bunch. September 13, 2009 B. Jacobs I saved quite a bit of money by buying this loose leaf edition on Amazon rather than buying the book from my campus bookstore. It arrived right on time and was in perfect condition!
Same as Hardcover Edition, minus the weight July 7, 2009 Eve 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
If all textbooks had a loose-leaf edition I would be a very happy student. All the pages are colored and numbered the same as in the hardcover edition. The best to note is that they are hole-punched and not binded, so you are able to just take the relevant chapters to class- no weight hassle.
As for content, I used this textbook for my Intro to Marketing class and plan on keeping it for future reference. It's good to note, that though this is the 10th edition, other students in the class used the 8th and 9th edition as well, but they were still the same price or more expensive than the loose-leaf edition of the 10th edition.
Just as stated.....always good! June 9, 2009 Emerald Pearl 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Sometimes you don't know what you will get. But as stated, and as always, Amazon and its sellers are very reliable. The book I received was just as it was stated in the description. It came very fast and without incident. Thanks again!
Marketing book June 1, 2009 Ying Liu (USA) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
The book I ordered arrived fast. I was satisfied with the shipment. But I was very disappointed to find the marketing book I ordered is full of loose pages.I felt this was a kind of cheating to customers. Though I didn't return the book to the seller, I do hope Amazon should ensure their sellers to clearly indicate the book conditions when they list their books for sale. The buyers have the absolute right to know the book condition before making a buy decision.
