| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The new edition of Lind’s Statistical Techniques in Business and Economics is a perennial market best seller due to its comprehensive coverage of statistical concepts and methods delivered in a student-friendly, step-by-step format. The text is non-threatening and presents concepts clearly and succinctly with a conversational writing style. All statistical concepts are illustrated with solved applied examples immediately upon introduction. Self reviews and exercises for each section, and review sections for groups of chapters also support the student learning steps. Modern computing applications (Excel, Minitab, and MegaStat) are introduced, but the text maintains a focus on presenting statistics concepts as applied in business as opposed to technology or programming methods. The thirteenth edition continues as a students’ text with increased emphasis on interpretation of data and results.

A good review of statistics in the business world November 4, 2009 Avid Reader (Lisbon, NH) This textbook offers a study into statistics of the business world and the methods involved.
Good book! September 28, 2009 Rikki Vinson (Greensboro, NC USA) I got this book for one of my classes. So far it has been great. It has really great examples which helps to understand and apply each concept. I definitely recommend this book.
Statistical Techniques September 16, 2009 S. Blue (USA) The book is good overall, but in some instances it does not provide clear clarification of equations. It completes the equations partially, but does not work it from beginning to end. This would make the exercises easier for the person who needs to see the problems worked visually.
horrid! September 11, 2009 Kirsten Rice never received the product, never received any replies to the multiple emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER, IT IS NOT WORHT THE HASSLE!

Statistical Techniques has all the required information in a reasonable space for any statistics course, with plenty of practice questions and diagrams.
