4 out of 5 stars A little late   October 30, 2009
O.T. (Charleston, SC)
The item was supposed to be delivered by the October 22. When October 22,came around and I still didn't receive my package I sent an email asking when was it expected to arrive. I was told that it was an error on Amazon. They did not notify the seller that an order had been placed. We were able to get the matter resolved and the item was sent out on short term delivery. It arrived Monday of that following week.

2 out of 5 stars Never used it once   August 25, 2009

If you're buying this because the University of Phoenix requires it, do yourself a favor and don't -- I was never required to crack this book once during my time in the graduate program. The APA style manual is another story, although, from my experiences editing my teammates' papers, they never cracked that one, either ;)

5 out of 5 stars Comprehensive resource   July 11, 2009

The Gregg Reference Manual is the most comprehensive resource for grammar, usage, and punctuation I've ever used. I recommend it for the serious writer in any field.

I am pleased with the product I ordered from Amazon. The product came in a very timely manner, (actually it came a little sooner than expected) and was in perfect condition when I received it.
