Nurse's Pocket Drug Guide August 28, 2009 Tink1974 (Newport News, VA) The Nurse's Pocket Drug Guide has information on 1000 common drugs. It is very helpful for me as a medical transcriptionist. The only negative I will say is that it is very small print. Other than that, it is exactly what I expected. Most of the drugs I have looked up have been in the book, and it is easy to read and understand.
Great book for Emergency Room nurses. July 2, 2009 Charlene Ehrlich (ca) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This book is great. I can carry it in my pocket all 12 hrs. of my shift. Perfect for looking up medications quick and also helps with charting pt's. medications list for quick look up for spelling. After getting this book many of my co-workers bought one. Looking forward for the 2010 editon at the end of the year.
must have for any nurse May 21, 2009 tcshcc 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love this little drug book, so small and convenient to use and fits nicely in your pocket. I usually pull it out at least once during my shifts to refresh my brain. I look forward to the new editions they will be coming out with in the upcoming years.

this book is very helpful. Not only it's cheap, it gives all the information you need. What i like the most about this book is that both the generic and trade name are included. I also received it in good condition.
