| Customer Reviews: Outstanding product for an outstanding price! September 3, 2009 R. Schilling (Point Pleasant, NJ USA) 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
I have ordered from Tidewater Workshop six times in the past dozen or so
years, including an $875 order in June of this year. This last order was
shipped within 3 days of my placing the order and arrived in 4 well-packed
boxes with the furniture securely wrapped. They even threw in a "Tidewater
Workshop" heavy-duty screwdriver which I did not expect along with a free
serving tray. The furniture I ordered through their catalog way back when
was for my parents and it is still on their covered porch to this day. I
have had conversations with several of their representatives, even one of
the owners, who called to followup when I had a question about table size
and delivery. My retired dad, an amateur decoy carver, raves about the
quality of the cedar and construction, and has helped me assemble
everything. I am proud to own American made, especially when it comes from
an old company like this who say what they mean and mean what they say.
