Size Measurements - Will it fit?
- For One Size:
-- Diameter (Relaxed): 8 inches.
-- Diameter (Stretched): 13 inches.

Materials - What is made of?

Washing - How can it be cleaned?
- Hand wash.

First Impressions - As I unpacked...
The beanie was nicely flat folded as it came out of the box. Upon first inspection, there were no loose threads or unraveling yarn. As I donned on the beanie, it fit comfortably. I was really ecstatic when I realized that the beanie also covers my ears. (No need for earmuffs now.)
Other Impressions - Things to put on the backburner.
- Functionality: All-around Head-warmer (camping, casual, sporting, etc.)
After wearing the beanie for a week, I have found that it keeps your head warm very well. I actually find myself having to take off the hat on occasion to cool my head down. It gets somewhat warm under exertion; however, it is not uncomfortably hot. There is a quality issue that I have to note. There are about three small elastic thread that circumferences the edge of the beanie. These threads are delicate and hold some of the knitted yarn together. I've accidently broke one of these threads (I placed it in my jacket pocket and zippered over the thread.) and it cause a small "slack" in the knitting right above that area on the edge. The beanie, however, is still comfortable and wearable.
Recommendation - What I think ...
This is a beautiful and well made headwear. I wear it every day as I walk to my classes (during the fall semester). It fits snuggly while staying comfortable. No more buses and subway trains blowing hats away. This beanie stays on and stays put. If you looking for a nice and reasonably priced beanie, this is it. It is rugged and will last (as long as you treat it nicer than I did to it). (I bought it at $18.95.)
