I ended up putting my old trackball in after trying two of these. I ordered it because my original trackball doesn't scroll up very easily. The first one I received was worse. The company sent me another which worked well for a few days. I don't know if the reason is that they are colored, but I am a little disappointed that I can't fix this problem.

This trackball is used for cell phones only. I don't know why they categorize it for computer trackball.

i received the trackball in just a few days from ordering. i will highly recommend and order from this company again. the trackball was easy to replace. my 13 year old daughter actually replaced it herself...thank you for the timely shipping, my daughter was going crazy without the use of her blackberry
