Shipping was prompt, but I was disappointed when they did not fit my grand daughter. It said it showed a girl wearing them that wore a size 13 shoe, and they looked snug on her, but when my grand daughter tried them on, even though she was only 1/2 a size smaller, the socks were way to big. She will have to grow into them, as it would not be worth sending back...
