I was worried about buying this bag without seeing it first and then I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I love this bag and have had so many complements on it.

This is a nice bag. Customer service was excellent; when I received a defective bag, they sent a new one right away which I had no issues with. I get a lot of compliments all day long, the only draw back is the multiple snaps on the inside to keep it properly closed is a little annoying. I wouldn't let that stop you from buying it though because it looks better closed and is safer.

why do people write bad reviews about a handbag that cost under $20.00 ????? it's very nice ...what do you expect? for the money it's really very nice!!

This bag is very close to a very expensive Dooney and Burke bag that I have been wanting for months! It is a really large and very impressive bag for such a cheap price. I love bags! Do yourselves a favor girls, pick this one up! You won't be disappointed.

I fell in love with it when I opened the package it came it and started using it right away. Only after about 3 times using it, one of the straps broke. I now have to have a rubber band around it to hold the strap to the purse. Also, one of snaps inside the bag doesn't work. It may be just mine, but I am assuming others who bought it may be having the same problems with it. I love the bag, I just wish it was put together better.
