I had over size lunch bags and very small lunch bags. This is just right. Lots of room for a small entry,and it has it's on drink compartment. Just right. Not bulking.

The lunch bag appears bigger in the picture it would be nice if the bag was deeper to hold more items. You put a frozen meal in the bag even if its a small meal your pretty much done regarding to room for anything else. It has a nice look on the outside it just does not have much room in the inside. So you have to work with the room you got and put in small items. I use it five days a week and it serves its purpose.

Its a good size lunch bag. could have been a little deeper to hold more stuff but fits my purpose very well. Fits into a messenger bag no problem and keeps things warm and cold.
