Other features include an upper zippered accessory pocket, a lower front zippered stash pocket, and a web ergo handle with reinforced hold on the top of the pack. The ergodynamic, S-curved straps relieve stress from your shoulders, and are shaped to contour the natural shape of your upper torso. I have purchased at least six of these backpacks over the past 12 years. Super sturdy and long lasting. Holds up in the wash if you have all the zippers closed - not so great in the dryer. Love that they have added the mesh drink holder on the outside. Best feature is the assortment of sections. One large section for school books, smaller section for folders, lunch etc, very small section for misc items like MPS player, pencils. No matter which other backpacks I have purchased over the years we always come back the the BIG STUDENT.

So far we are very impressed with the backpack. Jansport makes good quality products it appears. It is sturdy, and with the large quantity of books and homework my daughter has these days, she definitely needs a high quality carrier. Has well thought out pockets and placement of all the compartments is nicely done. Really like the designs they offer as well. The only downfall is that we went with the free shipping which we understood would take a bit longer to arrive. But the backpack took 15 days. Going with the US Postal Service, the free shipping is nice, but why does it take 2 weeks for your package to arrive???? It is inconceivable to me that ANY product today could take 15 days to arrive. What possibly could take the US Postal Service this long? Other than the disappointment with shipping, Amazon has never really given us any reason NOT to buy from them. Overall, we love the backpack so far, and would recommend it to other students.

Got this for my wife and she says it "ok" except for the thin material it's made of and the zippers are a little hard(don't flow easily). What she likes about it is that it's light and has lots of compartments. Not too bad for the price!
